Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail Shipping Confirmation from us. It will include the Tracking number so that you can track your order.

Returns & Replacements
American Eagle Heroes.com is committed to providing all of our customers with quality products and 100% Customer Satisfaction.
If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact our Customer Service department immediately acustomerservice@americaneagleheroes.com. You may return items for a refund, store credit, or a free replacement within 30 days of receiving the item.
Items that are returned more than 30 days after it was received will not be accepted.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Any merchandise that was damaged during transit will be replaced.
Any merchandise that was shipped in error will be replaced.
